ipage worked out good for me.
I was looking for a reliable web host to set up a web site for my church and I came across iPage. First of all you can’t beat the price. $3.50/month is the best price out there. You may see prices as low as $2 on other web hosts, BUT you have to commit for 4-5 years, and if you choose to sign up for annual plan it will cost you $5/month at least. With iPage listed price is for 1 year. So, I really liked it – they charge for annual plan what they advertise instead of promoting one price on their home page and then trying to charge different price once you check out. The hosting plan itself is packed with features and add-ons. Most of them (or all of the basic ones) are free. You may upgrade to more advanced tools for reasonable fees if you need to. But if you need to run a basic web site you should be fine with standard tools. Overall, I’m very happy with iPage. Strongly recommend.

I host couple sites with ipage (my photo studio and my blog) and I’m pretty happy with their service. It is very flexible – I’m using one account for two totally different sites, and there’s no lack of the tools to manage both. Also, I like how they are integrated with google webmaster tools. Pretty cool stuff!

I was looking for some cheap hosting for my school project and my friend recommended iPage. So, instead of free hosting I decided to give it a try. For $3.50 a month iPage provides a lot! I think iPage has the best value hands down. If you are looking to host personal web site with reasonable traffic – it will serve this purpose very well. Support people seem to be helpful – phone calls are answered in North America. Control Panel is user-friendly and packed with free add-ons and features.
